We specialize in team-building for groups of all sizes and ages. Tackle any of the below challenges for an unforgettable experience your whole group will enjoy!
> Adventure Racing
Similar in scope to our Low Ropes event, this activity adds a competitive atmosphere while we work with your group on team-building skills. Increase communication and build trust under pressure to WIN, WIN, WIN!!
Your group will be divided into two or more teams and will compete for bragging rights through a variety of activities. Possible activities include but are not limited to: Blind Hike, Blind Climb, 30-Ft Ring of Doom, Mohawk Walk, Hot Chocolate, Raft Race, problem-solving challenges, relay races and more. Activity is 3-4 hours, depending on group size, and will contain at least 6-8 elements. Minimum of 10 people required, minimum age is 8 years.

> Alpine Tower
Teamwork-based low ropes course transforms into confidence building skills that support each individual to perform high ropes. Guests are belayed to a certified instructor at all times. Minimum group size is 4 people. Approx. 2-4 hours based on group size.
“Challenge by Choice” - Tackle this 50’ structure and face your fears head-on! A variety of routes ensure that no two trips are alike. Tackle the Teeter-Totter, climb the Giant’s Ladder or the Cargo Net, swing on the Icicles or in the Karma Seat. Push yourself to reach the Crow’s Nest and celebrate your victory! Night Climbing now available! Add some headlamps and your group will have an experience they are not likely to forget.
> Low Ropes Course
Traditional Team-building activities. They are designed to increase communication and build trust among team members. Includes activities such as The Trolley (focus: Leadership); The Trust Fall (Trust); The Log (Communication); The Spider Web (Decision Making); Mohawk Walk (Teamwork); Triangle of Doom (Problem-Solving); Hot Chocolate (Problem-Solving); and The Wall (Problem-Solving). Minimum group size is 6 people. Approx. 2 hours based on group size.
Just for Fun
> Alpine Tower - "Challenge by Choice"

Play Woods Ball on our exclusive paintball course, consisting of several acres. Play Capture the Flag, Last Man Standing or just shoot your friends. Provided are: gun, mask, 500 balls and air for each player. Paint is washable. Protective clothing not included. Total activity time is 2-3 hours, based on group size. Game time is 2 hours. Max group size is 50. Min is 8 people to open new trip time.
OAR’s outpost is located on a 50-foot natural limestone bluff overlooking the Lower Ocoee River. Participants are shown how to use the hardware and then descend the bluff – controlling their own speed – while experienced instructors control the safety rope. Time permitting: Those who wish to rappel again will be allowed to do so. All equipment except shoes is provided. Minimum group size is 4 people. Approx. 2 hours, depending on group size.
> Rock Climbing
Our artificial rock wall is about 30 feet high. Group members are taught to belay one another and provide safety while conquering climbing routes and boulder problems, learning technical rock climbing. This wall has four levels of difficulty. An experienced instructor monitors the safety ropes. All equipment except shoes is provided. Minimum group size is 4 people. Approx. 2 hours, depending on group size.

> Tubing Trips
Tubing is offered on the Lower Ocoee River. This section is flat-water & perfect for relaxing on a hot summer day. You will be driven to the put-in site and will tube 3 ½ miles back to OAR’s outpost. A trained guide will lead your group down the river. Approx. 1 ½ to 2 hours, based on water flow. Subject to trip availability. Not available on Saturdays in July and August. Minimum age is 5 years. This activity is subject to cancellation due to water release, except on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
